1. Overview

This manual provides detailed instructions on how to navigate and utilize the Deals tab effectively.

2. Navigating the MCA Deals Tab

2.1 Filtering Deals

At the top of the MCA Deals tab, you will find buttons that allow you to refine the list of deals in the Deals List. The available filters include:

All Deals, Open, Closed, Refi (Refinance) Target, On Time, Slow Pay, Debits Off, Missed Payments, Defaults, Collecting

Beneath these buttons, you can further filter deals by:

Beginning of Time (Shows all deals), Year to Date, Month to Date, Week to Date, Missed Payments (This drop-down allows filtering by duration of missed payments, e.g., one week no pay, two weeks no pay).

2.2 Custom Reports and Additional Options

Other functionalities available include:

  • Save as Report: This feature allows you to create and save your own customized views. For example if you will usually want to see deals by a certain funder and only care about seeing the total collected, you can uncheck all other columns under Column Chooser, and then check off only that funder from the drop-down list. Then you will hit Save as Report and name your report so that in the future you can easily select that type of report. You can create unlimited numbers of customized reports.

  • Update: To edit a custom saved report, select that report from the drop-down, edit the columns and options and hit update.

  • Column Chooser: Customize the columns displayed by adding or removing columns.

  • View Application.

  • View Deal.

  • Export as CSV: Export the current list of deals as a CSV file.

  • My Deals: Show all deals managed by the current user.
