Commissions/Syndication/Heldback

1. In the Syndication tab, you can add one or more syndicators to a deal. When a syndicator is added, the following options become available:

• Bank Fee Switch

• Over-collect Switch

• Commission Obligation Switch

The Manage Promote button allows you to charge fees to syndicators. You can choose the type of fee, such as:

• Per Transaction: Charged every time a payment comes in.

• Upfront Fee: Charged at the beginning.

• End Fee: Charged at the end.

You can also set a fee as a percentage of the funded amount or the purchase amount, and add notes. All fees can be edited or deleted from this module.

1. The Commissions tab shows you the commissions breakdown. From here, you can add another broker commission, and approve as well as clawback that commission.

1. Heldback shows any type of money not sent to the merchant. In the figure below, a bank fee of $1000 was charged to the merchant, adding a heldback fee. The totals are updated accordingly. Funded amount shows 100,000, but instead of 100,000 being exposed, only 99,000 is. Many other types of heldbacks are available from the dropdown list.
