The reports tab allows the user to generate detailed reports for instant analysis and for export.
There are 5 types of reports, which the user selects from the dropdown list:
The merchant payment report can be seen in Figure 1.
The report allows the user to filter by date, and hit date. Using one filter will give a more general search, while filtering by both narrows it to include both parameters.
The check boxes specify what to include in the report. Each box selected will add that to the report. So, to see only fees, only select Fees. Etc.
To narrow the search by Merchant, select a merchant. To narrow further, select which deal under that merchant.
The commission report is straight forward and follows the same filtering conventions as Merchant payments, with one difference. This report can also be filtered by date paid. In the figure above (figure 3), Date Paid is checked off in the report settings. The report pane shows a corresponding column called Date Paid. If Date Paid isn't checked, the reports aren't listed by that column. Also, leaving that unchecked includes payments that haven't been paid. In that case, the Status column will show Pending and Paid transactions.
Collection Logs and Total Commissions report are self explanatory. Collection schedules is slightly more complicated. See figure 4 below:
Collection Schedules allows advanced filtering. Each date filter specified narrows the search. For example, entering just the start date range will show all deals withing that range. Entering End and Start date ranges will give only those deals that match both date ranges. Etc.
Schedule type allows filtering by the type of collection schedule. All Types can be selected. Or, to specify, check one or more boxes.
As in other modules, information can be exporting to CSV. Clicking Export after creating the report downloads the specified report in CSV.
