1. View and Add Syndicators/Brokers

Syndicators/Brokers allows users to view and manage all syndicators and brokers. To add, click Add Syndicator/Broker, fill out the information and check off "Is Investor" and/or "Is Broker".

2. Emailed Ledger Reports

You can get a master ledger report of all Syndicators and Brokers emailed by clicking the button:

You can also get an individual report emailed by opening a party and clicking the same button for an individual party.

3. Broker page

To see broker details, double click a broker. There we can see all the information and options available:

3.1 Broker Page Tabs

3.1.1 Company Details

This tab is where to enter all the details of the broker or syndicator which we will call a "party" from here on.

3.1.2 Brokered Deals

This tab shows all the deals that this party has brokered. There are two sub-pages we can open by clicking on one of these deals: Manage Commission and View Transactions.

View Transactions will show all the transaction that the broker has been involved with in this deal.

Manage Commission opens the following sub-page:

Commissions can be added as a one time commission, or per transaction in the first drop-down. Per transaction will collect as a percentage of each merchant debit.

If "one time commission" is selected, they can be further specified collected as a percentage of the funded amount, or a specific amount by using the toggle switch.

A date and description can be added as well.

3.1.2 Syndicated Deals

This tab allows a user to see the syndicated deals associated with this party. Similar to the previous tab, there are two additional sub-pages, View Transactions and Manage Promote.

Manage promote opens the following page:

The page instructions are found in Commissions/Syndication/Heldback.

3.1.3 Withdrawals/Deposits

This tab show you all payments made to the party, called withdrawals. Deposits to the party's account can also be entered here.

3.1.4 User Preferences

This tab features an opt in checkbox for the party to receive syndication report emails.

4. Payout buttons

Withdrawal and Deposit transactions can be added as well, using the blue buttons on the top right of the page. This opens the following sub page showing amount, date, and description. These transactions are added to Withdrawals/Deposits
