The approval process for an application involves various stages, each represented by a column. Collectively, these stages form the application pipeline. Please refer to the screenshot below for an overview of the different stages. All the stages are customizable. To set up yours, please contact Support@SmartMCA.com .
Below is a description of each application stage as shown in the screenshot above:
Submission: Applications that have been submitted but not yet processed.
Underwriting: Applications under detailed review.
Offer Out: Applications where offers have been made.
Contract Request: Applications at the initial stage where a contract is requested.
Disclosure Sent: Applications where the necessary disclosures have been sent to the parties involved.
Docs Sent: Applications for which the documentation has been sent out.
Waiting for COJ: Applications that are currently awaiting a Certificate of Judgment (COJ).
Bank Verification: Applications undergoing bank verification to ensure financial information is accurate.
Funding Call: Applications that are in the stage of a funding call, where the final funding terms are discussed.
Ready to Fund: Applications where deals are ready to be funded. (Currently no deals in this stage)
