Adding the funding amount and payback factor will tally the purchase amount. Bank fee is optional. Bank fee and Commissions can be added as a percentage or defined amount.
Offer Details has 6 additional sub-tabs underneath.
Add the funder, funding date, select the option to note if you pre-filed a UCC or not, and add the percentage of receivables.
There is also an option to add external payoff details, if the deal is paying off another MCA.
Stipulations allow adding stipulations into the deal application in order for it to move forward. Click add stipulations to add one to the application. In order to create stipulations, click the manage gear button.
Here you can edit the stipulation type and add a new one to appear under "Add stipulations" above. Select Is default to automatically add these fields to the stipulations tab.
Set the collection information here. Enter the recurring amount and the collection frequency, Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
Add the bank account details, select ACH, check, or wire and toggle the Split Payments switch to allow 2 separate payment amounts and frequencies.
Enter the commissions and heldback fees.
In the figure above, 2 commissions are being paid, for a total of $120,000. Once the system calculates the total, add that total to the commissions line above to get the percentage.
Heldbacks are entered here with a dropdown list of available types. Here, a bank fee of 5,000 and an origination fee of 1000 give the total heldback amount of 6,000.
Syndication allows you to add syndicators and the amount invested.
Early Payoff allows addition of payoff amounts by date, as well as a checkbox that automatically enters the information into the contract.
