Users
See, add and edit users in the Users tab.
1. Creating new users
To add a user, click add and fill out the information. Link party limits a user to see only the assoiated Broker or Syndicator account. Roles set different permissions per user. The following figure shows the roles dropdown:

Admin: Full access to everything in the system.
Operator: Access to everything but settings.
Underwriter: Access to everything an operator has, except for read only access to Deals.
Rep: Read only access for their deals.
Scrubber: Similar to underwriter permissions, except they are read only after scrubbing stage.
Submissions: Can only see applications in submissions, or create new application.
All data readonly: Meant for accountants, this role can read the whole site besides settings, but can't change anything.
Syndicator: Can see their page and click in to view their deals, read only access.
Syndicator (limited): Can only view the page, but not click in to see deal details.
2. Edit a user
To edit a user, click the user's edit icon, located in the actions column. This opens the following page:

The page options are:
Default recipient: Checking the box, adds this user to the list of email addresses in the email sent at the end of each step.
Opt in for bounce report email: This option is available for Admin users, to receive bounce reports.
Active: Unchecking this box deactivates the user. Afterwards, they will only be visible in the users list by checking off the active and inactive boxes under the Active Types column.
